Marzee is looking for an experienced Head of Delivery and Business to take ownership of project execution, client relationships, business growth and resource coordination.

This role is crucial in ensuring smooth collaboration between our clients, internal team, and freelance developers. You will oversee project planning, budget management, and delivery while also contributing to business growth through proposal development and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Project & Resource Management

• Plan and oversee project execution from discovery to delivery
• Allocate tasks to developers (mainly freelancers) and ensure smooth collaboration
• Track freelancer hours, negotiate rates, and optimize resource utilization
• Maintain and improve project tracking processes using Airtable, Notion, and Toggl
• Ensure timely and high-quality delivery while keeping projects on budget

Client & Stakeholder Communication

• Act as the main point of contact for clients, building trust and long-term partnerships
• Translate client needs into clear, actionable project scopes
• Negotiate scope, timelines, and budgets to align client expectations with team capacity
• Collaborate with designers to create wireframes and layouts based on client requirements

Pre-Sales & Business Development

• Prepare proposals for new and existing clients in collaboration with the team
• Participate in discovery phases, helping clients define project requirements and user flows
• Contribute to business growth by identifying opportunities, updating company portfolios, and maintaining matchmaking platform profiles
• Help craft case studies and social media content to showcase our work

Desired Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in project or delivery management, ideally in a web development or digital agency
• Strong understanding of web technologies and development workflows (we use JS, React, Next.js, PHP, AWS, but any relevant experience is welcome!)
• Experience managing distributed and freelance teams
• Proficiency in budget management and financial tracking tools (Airtable, Notion, Toggl)
• Excellent client communication and relationship-building skills
• Hands-on experience in Agile project management
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities

Budget

Our budget for this position goes from €32.000,00 to €38.000,00 gross annual salary, including food allowance. You can also see what else we offer here.
